Redbourn Village Museum

The museum is housed in a 4-roomed Grade II Listed building surrounded by its own garden and car park area. Three rooms are open to the public, exhibits ranging from the early Iron Age occupation in the village to the present day. A special feature is the 12thC priory which once stood in Redbourn. Nineteenth/twentieth century trades and industries are featured including Dr Henry Stephens, inventor of Stephens blue and black writing ink.
